Embroidery shouldn’t be as difficult to access as it is but, unfortunately, that’s the world we live in. I started Stitch Therapy Club to show others how much embroidery helps my mental health. Stitch this tongue-in-cheek tee and make a statement about the lack of access, while also encouraging others to take up the craft!

Inside your tshirt kit you will receive:
- tshirt
- needle and pins
- 5” embroidery hoop
- full skeins of DMC embroidery floss
- step-by-step instruction booklet
- your chosen design pre-printed on water-soluble stabiliser
- instructional stitch videos available to watch on my IGTV @emilyrowanstudio
Simply peel the backing from the stabiliser, stick in place on the bag, stitch over the stabiliser, then dissolve in water when you’re done!
The kit contains instructions for four simple stitches making it simple even for beginners to pick up.
