When launching tee, tote and jumper kits, I knew I wanted to donate a portion of the sales to a mental health charity. These products contain words that I hope can empower you on your journey of learning how to use craft as therapy. ‘Stitch by stitch, together we can make a difference’ emboldens you to to feel that - together we can spread the word about craft as therapy and raise some money for good causes in the process.

Inside your tshirt kit you will receive:
- tshirt
- needle and pins
- 5” embroidery hoop
- full skeins of DMC embroidery floss
- step-by-step instruction booklet
- your chosen design pre-printed on water-soluble stabiliser
- instructional stitch videos available to watch on my IGTV @emilyrowanstudio
Simply peel the backing from the stabiliser, stick in place on the bag, stitch over the stabiliser, then dissolve in water when you’re done!
The kit contains instructions for four simple stitches making it simple even for beginners to pick up.
